Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms & Conditions apply to use of connectprosupply.com and purchases from ConnectPro Supply. By using the site or placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and the linked Shipping, Return & Refund, and Privacy policies. A customer must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and provide accurate information.

Orders and availability

Product availability and prices may change. Orders are accepted after payment is confirmed. Contact us promptly if an order contains incorrect information.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is confirmed. We may cancel or refund an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or cannot be delivered.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, discounts, and taxes are calculated during checkout. The customer authorizes the final amount displayed before payment. Payment is processed through PayPal and the payment methods it makes available. We do not store complete payment-card numbers.

Product information and compatibility

We work to keep product descriptions, photographs, condition, compatibility, specifications, price, and stock accurate, but minor errors may occur. Customers are responsible for reviewing the part number, MPN, measurements, connectors, specifications, quantity, and compatibility before ordering. Contact us before purchase when compatibility is uncertain.

Photographs may show packaging or accessories for context. The written product description and quantity control when they differ from a general illustrative image.

Shipping and risk

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Carrier dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed by the selected service. The customer is responsible for a deliverable address and for promptly reporting shipment problems.

Returns, refunds, and warranties

Returns and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. Manufacturer warranties apply only when expressly stated on the product page or supplied with the product. ConnectPro Supply does not create an additional warranty unless it is stated in writing. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Coupons and promotions

Coupons and promotions may have expiration dates, minimum purchases, product exclusions, customer-use limits, total-use limits, or shipping restrictions. They have no cash value, cannot be combined unless expressly allowed, and may be canceled or corrected when issued or used in error, fraudulently, or contrary to their stated terms.

Acceptable use

The site may not be used to commit fraud, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, violate intellectual-property rights, or collect information through harmful automated activity. We may restrict activity that threatens customers, the store, or its providers.

The ConnectPro Supply name, logo, site design, original text, and original graphics are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party brands, product names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatible or offered products.

To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without guarantees that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. ConnectPro Supply is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site use or a purchase when such exclusion is permitted by law. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing terms and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law applicable where ConnectPro Supply operates, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. Before starting a formal dispute, the customer and ConnectPro Supply should first attempt to resolve the issue in good faith by email. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
